Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final-sale and promotional items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email our team e8htllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
